In this episode, Dan and Lacy recap their unforgettable weekend at Chattanooga Electric Pleasures! From learning the hard way what it takes to set up their own stage, to appreciating just how much work Dan puts into making the event experience come together, they share the behind-the-scenes moments that made the weekend even more memorable. They rave about the pool parties both days, complete with DJs spinning beside the pool on the outdoor stage, and give major love to the incredible DJ lineup at the night parties—including some amazing local Chattanooga talent. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Dan and Lacy recap without a little spicy story time, and they share how they snuck away to their room Friday night for 40 minutes of hot playtime with two other couples. Overall, Chattanooga Electric Pleasures was an amazing weekend, and they are already looking forward to coming back for another round in October!

SPEAKER_00We are.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so this episode, we're going to take you on a little journey to Chattanooga, Tennessee for the third ever Electric Pleasures event.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So if you don't know, if you haven't been following us, if you have no idea what we're talking about, Electric Pleasures is a um brand that we launched that is combining festival music, EDM type energy with lifestyle hotel takeover vibes.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So when we explain this to people, we really say, you know, I think like a normal swinger hotel takeover. It's kind of like the swinging is first and the music in the party is second. This is if you took that concept and flipped it on its head and put the music in the party first and the swinging and the sex second. That's kind of the idea of luxury pleasures. I think to make it more approachable, it doesn't, you don't have to be lifestyle. If you're just alternative lifestyle friendly, uh, I think it would be a good event for you. If you're um, you know, this was in June, so we were celebrating Pride Month. So if you are um pride friendly, it's a it was a great event for you. Uh and it was it's actually it's funny because this was the concept going into this, and I think it was very evident that this party was different, even from the very first one in Gulf Brees. Uh, and I think we keep pushing it in that direction. Like this is not your mom's swinger hotel takeover. This is something different.
SPEAKER_00It is different, and it's palatable at the events, which I mean, I think some people get it and some people don't, you know, and that's okay. I don't think it's for everyone. I think there's like more of a traditional swinger type.
SPEAKER_02Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_00And I think um it, and if you are that person, that is 100% okay. I mean, honestly, I like both, so I I get that. Um, but then there's gonna be some people that are maybe not so not it's not so traditional swinger that like something different, and maybe this is for you. So you know, if you're listening to this and you came to it and it wasn't your cup of tea, that might be why, you know, um, or vice versa, you know. So I think that's important to mention.
SPEAKER_04Agreed. All right, so let's take you on the electric pleasures journey. Uh, we left Wednesday.
SPEAKER_00We did, and we drove separate too, which we don't normally, but Chattanooga's not super far, just a few hours from our home. So it was it wasn't too bad. I really just wanted my car in case I needed to go do anything or like wanted the piece out early. Yeah, and I didn't, but it was so nice to have my car there. Um, so you left a few hours earlier than me, which ended up working out because you left like three things at home or needed or needed me to go get things. So it kind of worked out. I left you know, three or four hours after you. And um, so you got there and you immediately went into setup mode. It was just you there. Um, we did have one guy that came who actually DJ'd that was kind of like your assistant, right hand man, helper, I don't know what you want to call him. Um, so by the time I got there, y'all pretty much had the indoor ballroom basically set up for the most part.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so that was the plan. So we got there Wednesday with the intention of trying to get the the indoor ballroom slash, I think we called it the cavern club. So it was definitely like the club area of this event. Uh, it was to try to get that um done as much as possible because then the next day um the stage was arriving and we had to really set out set up the outdoor venue portion of the event, which is that's a pretty heavy lift.
SPEAKER_00Uh yeah, two stage, I mean, two basically like DJ setups is a lot. I mean, that's it, that's a lot on you to do.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So we uh we spent today Wednesday afternoon getting the indoor stuff set up. So we basically all the audio, all the video visual equipment was was done on Wednesday.
SPEAKER_00On the inside.
SPEAKER_04On the inside.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and then uh we uh went outside and checked out the pool and a but you know, and then the stage was delivered. So if you don't know, we did buy our own stage. We had it made in China. It was a whole it's been the whole journey thing. Um, even from like, you know, figuring out how to get it into the country, it was tariffed. Then once it got into the country, then we had to pick it up. And you know, there was a question um if we could even fit it in our trailer. It's kind of been a saga. And then we honestly we've been so busy over the last two months, we really hadn't had time to like stop and like put it together and see, you know, what all entails. So if you follow my vlogs on social media, you see you saw a couple of weeks ago, maybe like a month ago, we built the stage. Well, not we, like Dan and some of the business partners, and we hired some help, build the stage in our backyard. Um, but we did not end up using it just because it was last minute.
SPEAKER_04We didn't complete the build.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, there we yeah.
SPEAKER_04So the uh the point of all this is it's it's if you think you're gonna buy a truss stage from China, import it, and then put it together yourself, and that is all gonna go smooth and with no issues, I would guess that you're probably wrong. That you probably aren't gonna be capable of doing that. And then I I think we could be. I think we learned enough from the first attempt of putting it together that we could, you know, if we had another opportunity, we could get that stage together and get it up and get it operational. The problem was we didn't want to uh put all of our eggs into that basket, knowing that we needed to have the stage to function for for this event.
SPEAKER_00There's just a lot of moving parts.
SPEAKER_04So we went out and we rented a stage. And that stage that we rented is actually pretty badass.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Uh, it's a mobile stage that comes on a like a truck bed and then it hydraulically folds open and out into a stage. And it looks like a like a real festival stage. It definitely had the and and our stage looks like a real festival stage too.
SPEAKER_00But honestly, our stage is cooler in my. I mean, like as far as like it has like a like the oval, yeah. You know, that it's like an oval type shape. So that part makes it look cooler, in my opinion. I mean, I don't know.
SPEAKER_04I did like how high the the this truck stage was, how high off the ground it was.
SPEAKER_00I like how easy it was for them to set it up. Like the guy pulled in and within like 30 minutes it was up and it was he did it by himself. So like that's wonderful.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so he got the uh the stage, so stage guy shows up, and this is uh so we're getting into now Thursday, right? So um Thursday, stage guy, and you got you got there what Wednesday night?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04So you got there Wednesday night. We walked you around the club, and then uh now this takes us to Thursday. So stage guy gets there, he shows up.
SPEAKER_00No, stage guy came on Wednesday, babe.
SPEAKER_04Oh, late, yes, yeah. Late Wednesday, yeah. Correct, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so we watched him, we sat by the pole um and watched him build it, and then you know, it like it was quick. He was in and out, and then people started to arrive on Wednesday, not many, but a few. Um, Avengers couple being one, um, and then there was a couple of others.
SPEAKER_04Sky. Wasn't they were they there once? No, they weren't there.
SPEAKER_00There was that other couple. Um, so but so we ended up sitting outside by the pool and just chit-chatting um with everybody, honestly, until like 1 a.m. And I was pretty exhausted. I mean, I also had like a spray tan I needed to wash off and stuff, so I was like, you know, let's you probably would have sat up and chatted.
SPEAKER_03I would have stayed out there for a while, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I was like, babe, we gotta go to bed, you know. So yeah, we so we ended up we hadn't seen Avenger Hubble in a while, so it was nice. And then the other couple, we you know, hadn't had a chance to really talk to them. So it was nice um to have some a little bit of downtime. We all ate, you know, dinner, everybody door-dash their own food. So um, but yeah, it was good. So then after that, we went to bed, and then it was that was very quickly into Thursday, which was quite the long day. Yeah, I don't have a whole lot of notes on Thursday because honestly, a whole not a whole lot happened other than we worked our asses off. Um, and full disclosure, we didn't have our normal girls there. Yeah, if you've if you're a follower of us and you you know the girls that work for us, they are rock stars and they both did not come to this. Uh one just chose not to, no hard feeling. It was just she she opted out of it, which they're not required to be there. Another one had a wedding, and we knew when we booked this weekend that she had a wedding and she couldn't be there. So we we did it knowing she wouldn't be there, which mistake because she, you know, they we've been doing events, you know, this new venture is with new partners and new so they the but our girls that work for us have been with us for years, and so it's kind of like a very easy flow. And uh if anything, this weekend made me realize how much I love and appreciate them and how they just it all just sort of works.
SPEAKER_04They're kind of our like comfort blanket, I think.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. So it not that it made for like a bad weekend because that's not what I'm saying, but we definitely we didn't have our people there that we always do. So it it it it threw a little wrench in it for us.
SPEAKER_04100% yeah. So um we spent the majority of the day Thursday setting up. So we had to set up the main stage, all audio lights, um, visuals, a thing like that. We had to set up the desire space, which is like the play space for electric pleasures. We had to finish setting up the club. Uh, so our business partner showed up and and he brings all the VIP seating, the the playroom seat stuff, uh, the uh outdoor cabanas, the couches, uh, and all of that stuff. Uh there was a lot of moving furniture and rearranging the lobby because we had vendors and stuff coming in. We had to rearrange parts of the ballroom because we were we we turned one of the back rooms that they were using for storage into like a VIP space. Uh so there was a lot a lot of moving furniture, uh decorating, uh, and uh stuff like that. So it it took the entire day. I mean, I think I started working nine, ten o'clock in the morning and went, I think we went till after midnight.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, it was close to two. Yeah. I don't for electric pleasures, I there I don't typically do a whole lot because like our kind of part of electric pleasures is more production as far as like the lights and the and that's you. I I can't really help you with that. Um, and you know, the other part or the partnership, they typically handle more of the decor and stuff like that. And there's no merch for me to set up. You know, the like the normal things that I do with swingers, I don't do with electric pleasures, but because the girls weren't there, our business partner's wife wasn't there, I've really felt like I should step into that. Step in and help. So I definitely tried. I felt like I was kind of standing around most of the day waiting for direction or waiting for people.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00For lack of a better, I mean, I don't know how else to describe it. Uh you know. So, yeah, so I mean, but I did jump in and try to help as much as I could, you know, screwing legs on futons, blowing up, you know. I mean, I tried to do as much as I could, but I feel like there was a lot of hurry up and wait, so which ended up making it a very, very late night.
SPEAKER_04So we were up past midnight, I think. I think we had dinner at midnight on setup, and then I think we still had a little bit more to do the next morning. Um, but huge shout out to the staff. So, like you said, we brought in, we've used some of the staff we had on this event for previous ones, but a lot of the staff for this event had never worked at Electric Pleasures event before. And so I do think that was a lot of it. Is it was people that you know needed direction, and you know, there maybe wasn't enough of us to give direction.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, including me, I needed direction because I'm not used to doing those things. I didn't really know like where the things were or you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_04So yeah, it goes to show you, you know, I think people see hotel takeovers and stuff, and they're like, Oh, I could do this. This is easy.
SPEAKER_00It is a ton of work, it is a lot, a lot of work it also made me appreciate like swinger side and secrets and stuff because it is almost like a well old machine.
SPEAKER_04We've done it and it's we kind of have like a system and it just sort of works and everybody pitches in and it's I can remember back though to our first couple of secrets and stuff when we were we were kind of not as organized as we are now. So I think this is part of the process 100 is like figuring out what what role you know, coming into a hotel and and setting it up. And even with electric pleasures, we haven't used the same hotel twice yet. So every time you come in and you do a setup, it's a new hotel, and you kind of have to figure out there's certain pieces that we know we want. We want like backstage, you know, VIP areas.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like where do you put the shiver pole? Where do you put the, you know, all those things?
SPEAKER_04Where the cabana is gonna go, where the VIP couch is gonna go. Okay, how big is the stage need to be? How does it need to be set up? Where are we gonna have our dancers? Like, you know, so it's and it's fitting all that into the space and making it the best you can, you know. A lot of the the setup was standing around and talking about like, okay, where are we gonna put this? Oh, put it here, set it there, no move it there. It's where now, you know, if we go back, we're you go back to Chattanooga in October, we know all, you know, like it's gonna be so much quicker because we know where everything's going.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, or we know if seven didn't work, how to adjust it. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04So we'll be able to roll in, and I think that'll help that process. And I think that's part part of this process. So I think it is, you know, just give it to give everybody a little bit of behind the scenes. That was a lot of it. Uh so we finished most of that, and then I think on uh I don't know. What else did we do the record? So Thursday night.
SPEAKER_00People started to arrive. I mean, pretty much everybody was getting there Thursday night. I mean, there was a few people obviously that you know didn't get there till Friday, but a lot of people were there Thursday night. And I was jealous because they were all hanging around. They all kept like they wanted to hang out like in the club and stuff. And because we weren't done, at one point I had to like kick them out. And I I honestly felt bad because if it was just me and you, I would have like totally let them hang out. We could have just worked around them, but it wasn't just me and you, and so I felt like it was the most respectful thing to other people to ask them to like, can you move to the pool?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, because here's the thing it's like, man, we're trying to rush and get all this stuff done, but then there's people there that want to socialize, right? But obviously, if you're socializing with people, you're not getting stuff done. Yeah, so it's just it's just making things take longer, yeah.
SPEAKER_00But it's like finding that balance. And not so.
SPEAKER_04So I think at one point you're like, hey guys, we're just trying to get this wrapped up. If you can go out down by the pool, felt really bad. We'll meet you down there in a little bit, yeah.
SPEAKER_00And we did. We both like went by the pool separate. Um, I actually like went first and you came a little bit later, and then I like couldn't fall asleep because you weren't there. Not that I like thought you were out fucking anybody. I just I don't know. I need felt like we needed to like end the night together. Most of the time I don't fall asleep, even though Dan always is like, Lacey's gone to take a nap. I'm you I very rarely actually nap. I'm usually just like resting my brain or whatever. So I went to the room and then I kept text. If you know Dan, you know he is notoriously terrible at responding to texts or calls or any of that. And so I text them, I'm like, well, it started off as like fun, like, hey, come fuck me text. And then it was like, hey, where are you? Hey, it's 245, where are you? And like at one point I called him and I'm like, am I gonna have to like go out there in my pajamas and my slippers and find you? But eventually you did look at your phone. But I I'm not gonna lie, I think it was exhaustion and irritability, but I was a little frustrated with you by the time you got back.
SPEAKER_04I was out hanging with our friends and watching VR porn. Uh, and and then the funny thing is I somebody was shouting, and I think they were looking for like, I don't know if they're looking for their dog or their cat or I don't, and and people, and I was like, people were like, was that Lacey? And I was like, Oh shit, is it? And then I looked at my phone, and all I saw was the like, I think you had text me something like come fuck me in the ass, daddy, or something was the text that I had, and I was like, I gotta go. Yeah, and so they were like, Are you in trouble? And I was like, Nope, Lacey wants sex.
SPEAKER_00Now, by the time I got to the room, I realized you no longer wanted sex and I was in trouble because it was like two hours before, and you honestly weren't in trouble. I was just like I was exhausted. The trees, I was exhausted and irritable, and then like the fact that I had like text you so many times, and like keep in mind you have an Apple Watch on your wrist that like vibrates or makes a no like I don't under he and you can you can text him and he can have his phone in his hand and he could not see it. Like, I don't understand the logic there, but I'm not I don't know, I can't quite figure it out. But anyway, regardless, he came back, we went to bed, we did not fuck.
SPEAKER_04I think we woke up the next morning and fucked.
SPEAKER_00No, we did not. I got up early. Uh so so the next morning, I got up early and um Ink Siren, which is former Mrs. Live of Spice, had asked me to take pictures with her. We were supposed to do it at Secrets, it didn't happen. Because honestly, Secrets is like a different beast for us. I mean, it's just a lot, it's a lot. Um, it's very quick, very and Electric Pleasures is too, but because I don't do a whole lot of it, you know, I'm more of just like there to wave and smile once we get it set up.
SPEAKER_04I love it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, but I mean that's true. I mean, you know, once it's set up, it's just at that point, this weekend was a little bit more because we didn't have our girls, so it's a different, but secrets, it's literally from the moment we wake up to we go to bed, you know, it's like jam-packed. So she had so because we didn't get it done at Secrets, I was like, okay, let's do it at Electric Pleasures. And she had texted me and I was like, honestly, if we don't do it first thing, there's a good chance that I won't be able to pull away and do it.
SPEAKER_04Not because I'm trying to blow you off, just because yeah, and I didn't want to blow her off.
SPEAKER_00I didn't want her to feel that way. And you know, uh we had me and her had had some conversations, so I was just trying to be like a good friend, you know? So I was like, listen, we can do it at like 9, 9:30.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, and there I don't even know if we want to talk about this, but the there's like internet drama around you and her's relationship since the whole Life of Spice thing, and you know, she's kind of had had stepped away for a while and went through some personal stuff and now she's back. And so people why are Lacey and Ink Siren not hanging out? Oh, they're not friends, you know. So, like, this is the craziness of being like an influencer, is people who don't know you or have any clue about your own life, your life will make up their own well.
SPEAKER_00They think because they don't see a picture on the internet means you're not friends. And the truth is, is we hang out with hundreds of people at every single event without a taking pictures of them, yeah. Um the truth is I had not seen her a lot over the last year. The truth is also we were trying to stay away from drama for you know a decent, she knew that there was there was no hard feelings there because it felt like anything we did, if we posted with her, we got in trouble. If we didn't post with her, we got in trouble. So we just sort of stepped back. And and that's not just from her, that's from any drama period. Um, but of course, people are pointing at that. Um and then the truth is I saw her twice at Secrets, yeah. And one of those times I took a picture with her, uh, because she she just didn't she didn't come out much. She was go at the time going through a break. I'm not I don't want to speak on her behalf, but she was going through a breakup and just getting back into the content creation world, and it was a lot, you know. Um, but that doesn't mean that just because there's not pictures, and there was actually a picture, somebody had their titties out, so we couldn't fit on the internet. Uh but because, you know, because of all of that, it just didn't happen. So I was important for me, not because I want the pictures out there, but for her, you know, I because she is reading these things on the internet, you know, and she is seeing it, and I did not want her to feel like that was true because it's not, you know?
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So and it's been a hard year for her. People are mean, people are really ugly.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I think and I I think we probably are all all guilty of this, but I think you see people who are public on the internet, and there's a couple things. I think people think they're entitled to all of your information. Like it's it's like they think you can't have personal space, right? So if you're going through things with family or if you're going through personal things and they they get a hint of it on the internet, they think you owe them an explanation or they think you owe them, you know, like that they're entitled to that part of your life or that part of your story. And the truth is they're not, you know what I mean? And then I think the second part of that is they get sni snippets or little p parts and pieces from whatever, however they find it on the internet or wherever, and then they make up their own stories. Yeah. And then you feel like as the the person that's like being talked about on the internet, you you almost feel obligated to like set the record straight, right? And then so now you get in this like back and forth with. Trolls on the internet.
SPEAKER_00Then when you set the record straight, then they find something else. So it's like you can never win. So it's really, you know, so I even that's been a struggle for us.
SPEAKER_04It has. No, we've been doing, I don't know what this for like five, six years now. And it's we've gone up and down with the like, oh, this person's saying we're mean. We need to tell them that we're not mean. And the truth is you're never like trolls on the internet are just gonna do what trolls on the internet do, and you're never gonna convince them or change their mind or or you know, make them think you're a good person. So you almost just have to like let them have their space, let them tell their stories. The truth is some of your the people that are talking shit about you are probably giving you the most amount of clicks and views because they go check your page every fucking day. They look up your name, they they're trying to find every scrap of information they can about you. So they may say they don't like you, but they they are the number one driver of your content, you know?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, I totally agree. So it was we say all that to say it was important for me to take the pictures just for a personal reason, even if no one ever sees the pictures personal, which uh I'm sure you will. Anyway, so got up, I took those pictures. I actually got up and left the room before you, and then you got up by the time I got finished, you had got up and you were already working. And honestly, the most of the day on Friday was just us kind of running around, getting things finished, settled. I didn't do a whole lot of pool. I mean, I did put my bikini on and walked out, you know. I was out there around the pool sum. I never got in the water on Friday. Um, it was more of just like being out there and saying it was pretty fucking hot. Um, and if you're not if you weren't in the water, it was pretty miserable. So, you know, I'd co-e inside and outside. So I'd go, you know, to the front desk and do some of that and then make sure, you know, see if anybody needed any help. So I was just kind of be boffing around myself. I don't know what all you were doing though.
SPEAKER_04Uh so I was mostly handling the DJs and uh the entertainment outside by the pool. Um, I think the stage by the pool was a huge success. Yeah, we had amazing, amazing, amazing DJs.
SPEAKER_00I know, and a lot of them were local this weekend. But some of my favorite ones were local, and that made it even cooler for me.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, and I really liked that. So, you know, huge shout out to uh Wand Deepa, who is our entertainment director for Electric Pleasures, and he put together the DJ list and he spent a lot of time going out and finding local talent uh to come out and play for us at Electric Pleasures, and he you know he found quite a few um good DJs that that were local, and uh and combine that with our DJs that we've been you know using the the names and faces that you're probably familiar with from both Swinger Society and Electric uh previous Electric Pleasures events. Uh, and it was such a cool vibe. Now, the one downside to Friday is it decided it wanted to rain.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And then be sunny. And then rain.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, which I guess is better than like rain the whole time.
SPEAKER_04And then be sunny. Yeah. And then rain. Uh, and that outdoor stage was nice and it did have a roof and it did keep us protected, but it it didn't have any sides on it. Yeah. So every time it rained, if it was any amount of wind, the rain would kind of come in on the sides. So every time it would start to rain, we kind of have to pull everything into the center of the stage to try to keep like uh the speakers and some of the other stuff from getting wet. And then once it stopped raining, we'd put it all back out. So there was a lot of moving stuff and then putting it back uh during the day on Friday from the stage uh point of view.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, so yeah, honestly, I spent like I got to hang out with friends because I would like go in someone's room and sit there while it rained and then go back out, which was honestly kind of fun. I definitely enjoyed it.
SPEAKER_04I felt like me and you were chasing each other. Yeah, we were. Every time I'd get a break, I'd be like, Oh, she's probably in uh in this room, uh, you know, and with Alexa Lee and and and and the adventure couple, and I'd go in there and and be like, Hey, it's Lacey in here, and they'd be like, She just left.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's like crap. Well, I felt I definitely felt like I was like just bebopping around. I was just trying to be like present, you know, and so I didn't really stay in one location much. I was sort of just like all over the place. So that's probably why. But I felt the same way. I felt like like I was like following, trying to find you the whole time. So that's but it was fine. I knew, you know, we I could kind of lay lay eyes on you and keep going about my business. So it was all good.
SPEAKER_04Uh the end of the pool day on Friday, um, Filthy Frequency actually played a set. And if you don't know who who Filthy Frequency is, you should go look him up. Uh, he's a dubstep type DJ. And we actually I don't want to say we discovered him, but we met him at Secrets and he was DJing in his room. And so, like, we'd, you know, we'd be in the club and we'd come out and we'd walk by his room and he'd be in there throwing down. And so when we started the Electric Pleasures brand, we had like mentioned to him, like, you know, because dubstep music isn't really swinger society music, it's not music you would play all night at a club, but but it's perfect for electric pleasures.
SPEAKER_00I will beg to differ.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00Secrets at 2 a.m.
SPEAKER_04Well, yeah. So I think we talked about that at the last secrets because we actually had him finish at at Secrets and he crushed it. So I yeah, I shouldn't say secret uh dubstep music isn't, it's not traditionally. Traditionally, it wouldn't be considered swinger party music.
SPEAKER_00If I'm being honest with you, I think filthy frequency is a star. Yeah, I really do. And I told you that after I can't remember which one it was, maybe March or January, I don't know. But I really think that he is like awesome, you know. Um, and I he just he does something to the crowd that nobody else can.
SPEAKER_01I don't know.
SPEAKER_00It's hard for me to explain if you're not there and you you're not a part of it. It's really hard for me to like put my finger on it and give you that without showing you videos of it, which obviously I wouldn't because we're not gonna, you know, show everybody everybody, but it you almost have to be there to kind of understand it.
SPEAKER_04Well, I can remember, you know, so me and um Justin Time, which is another one of our DJ, were kind of off to the side um stage while he was DJing, and and towards the end of his set, he came down off the stage and actually went to the rail, and his people were all there like on the rail, like headbanging and dancing to his music, and he just came up and like gave them all a hug. And it was like emotional, you know. It touched me. It made me emotional in the moment, and it made Justin emotional in the moment, you know. Like it was uh it was a moment, and I think I think everybody felt it, like even in the pool and stuff, you know, to see to see that. And it and it it's those kind of moments I think that happen at events that like we don't necessarily always talk about, yeah.
SPEAKER_00That are like that don't get captured on social media that people that are not there don't see, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, and and you know, Justin got emotional in that as well, and it was it was really cool.
SPEAKER_00Good. Okay, so um moving on around. I don't know where you go from there.
SPEAKER_04Sorry, I it makes me emotional to think about him getting emotional, and it also makes me emotional to just think about that like that you're curating that type of a moment for that type of community, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_00Well, that this idea was like a brainstorm from a kitchen table discussion to now that you know, like that journey is it's it can be it's it's emotional to think about you know how just like an idea and then to see it play out and and see it actually affecting people. And yeah, I get that. No, a hundred percent. Yeah, so Daphne and Mike worked Friday, so they didn't get there until like six-ish or so. Like, why are you smiling?
SPEAKER_04No, I just it's so funny because Lacey was like off up until the point when Daphne and Mike got there.
SPEAKER_00She's my emotional support person.
SPEAKER_04She a hundred percent is. I don't know, like we might have to pay to fly her out to she doesn't make it to all the events, you know, because they have real jobs and stuff like that. But like you almost can't function at this point without her being.
SPEAKER_00She just makes my life more fun. Yeah, and you know, and like people like speaking of haters, have always said that you and her are like in love, me and her are in love, you know?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I mean, we can we can talk about I think we're gonna get into that that uh as we continue the story.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so they got there, and um you're like Dan said, it was like a light switch. It's like I needed my person, you know? And we haven't seen them since secret, so it had been a while, and so it was like I literally went to the front, like and as they pulled in and was standing there like waiting, like a child, you know, waiting for their friend to come to their house, you know? And they brought us dinner, which you know was super sweet because they they hadn't had dinner yet, so they stopped at Chip-A-Lay. And um, so yeah, so we went to the room and got them unloaded. You were finishing up, kind of uh, because they got there about the time the last DJ was filthy frequency was finishing up. So um, so yeah, so they were there and like I was kind of like because like when you're not when you're busy, I don't have anybody, you know. So our joke is we call each other the triad because it's the three me, Daphne, and Mike, and then Dan's our like worker, he makes the money for us. Yeah, that's like our joke.
SPEAKER_04They they have a they have a handshake, they have they have uh this little symbol they do now, you know, when they take their pictures together and they do their 360 videos, they make their little triad symbols, and and uh Dan's not there because he's working to pay the bills. Yeah, that's our joke. So that not only you can buy clothes, but so now that you can buy clothes for for for Daphne as well.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So speaking of clothes, at Electric Pleasures in March, me and her matched. And she was like, We have to do this every single time now. And I'm like, Okay. Well, my taste and her case are like we're the same, but I'm like more bougie.
SPEAKER_04Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_00Also, Mike has her like on a tighter leash than maybe you do with me. Right.
SPEAKER_04So now you're supplementing her outfit budget.
SPEAKER_00Well, not really. Like the bulk of it, she, you know, we would like pick it out and she would put it.
SPEAKER_04You just had to get her some accessories.
SPEAKER_00The accessories that I wanted that I knew that like Mike might get mad at, like, I, you know, like, and some of them she didn't even know I ordered until they came in. And I was like, look what I got you. Um, so Friday night was just rainbow. That's you know, so Electric Pleasures, we don't do like traditional.
SPEAKER_04There's no theme. Yeah, no theme. No, no pirates, no cops, no robbers, no like traditional. It's it's not a it's not a swingers party. Um, but unlike, and I don't know if maybe other festivals do this. I I honestly don't even know.
SPEAKER_00But no, they don't. Usually friend groups will get together. And dress alike. Yeah, and dress alike or just something like that.
SPEAKER_04But so we're just we're giving out basic it. I don't mean it's not even like one color, it's like a color scheme almost.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, but usually it's based on like where we're located, right? Um, like for instance, Gulf Breeze, which was Florida, we did a lot of ocean and corals and and then sunshine and stuff like that. Where electric pleasures originally we were thinking of doing like mountains and stuff of that, but then when we realized it was June, we just really leaned into the pride. So Friday night was just pride, and so um me and her had complete matching outfits. So there is a whole boot saga that is a good, it's a good story to tell. So we had found these like rainbow rave boots from Amazon, and so also Daphne is historically ordering her clothes last minute, and so shit's not coming in, or you know, it just which is a problem if you're trying to match. It's a problem if you're trying to match. It's not a big deal if you just can come up with something else. So, like I always try to have my stuff about a month in advance, so that way if something doesn't fit and I have to reorder or adjust, I have time to to adjust. If you get it in four days before, there's not really a whole lot of time to do that.
SPEAKER_03Correct, yeah.
SPEAKER_00So I had sent her everything that she needed to buy. Apparently, the boots were too small, so she shipped them back and reordered them. Well, the package showed that it was delivered, but she couldn't find the package on her front porch. There was no package. She called Amazon, which I didn't even know you could call Amazon. I don't I don't even know how she found a number, but she called Amazon and they were like, we don't know why it's showing delivered and it's not there. I mean, we can try to reorder them, but they they they wouldn't have gotten there until Saturday. So there was no way. So she immediately to start the night, she was depressed about her boots. You know, she did we because like it was lit, we had literally every single thing matching minus the boots. So that was kind of funny. So the boots saga continues. I guess I should just wrap that up. Okay, so about halfway through the night, the boots were hurting my fucking feet. So I was like, Daphne.
SPEAKER_04You were also harassing her the whole night, though, of well, look how good these boots were. Look how good these boots look with this outfit. Oh man, Daphne, you know what you're really missing? Is a nice pair of rainbow boots that would match your outfit.
SPEAKER_00It was y'all that it was the boys that was doing it.
SPEAKER_04Not me.
SPEAKER_00Yes, it was.
SPEAKER_04Not me.
SPEAKER_00The boys were doing it. I mean, like, she was trying to sabotage me and take my boots. She was like, I'll wear the boots. If you don't want to wear them, I'll, you know, she was like, I can wear, you know, like there were two sizes too big for her, but she wanted to wear these damn boots. So about halfway through the night, my my feet were kind of hurting. So I was like, Hey, do you want to just wear them and I'll just put my flip-flops on? I really don't mind. And she was like, Oh my god, yes. She was so excited to wear these boots. Two sizes too big, two sizes too big. Well, she twisted her ankle. Pretty bad. Like the next morning, she could barely walk.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So like take her context. I mean, like, she could barely get around. And then what's even funnier is when she got home on Sunday, the boots were in her mailbox the whole fucking time.
SPEAKER_04She didn't think to look in her mailbox?
SPEAKER_00I don't guess.
SPEAKER_04She just thought they were too big to fit in the mailbox.
SPEAKER_00Maybe, because I mean, I would I agree, I would not have thought boots would have been in the mailbox. But before I called Amazon, I probably would have just like double checked.
SPEAKER_04So not only did she not get her boots, she then wore your boots, almost broke her ankle, and was in pain the rest of the weekend because she was so insistent on wearing the boots that she wore, yours that were two sizes too big, all to then get home and then realize she could have had her boots the whole time.
SPEAKER_00The boots were like a whole thing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00A whole thing.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00It was quite entertaining though. I'm not gonna. I mean, I hate that she twisted her ankle and I hate that she didn't have them, but the whole saga was entertaining, to say the least.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So Friday night's party was awesome. It was a really good, I love my outfit. I love Daphne's outfit. I mean, it it was a vibe. You did you DJ'd second, right?
SPEAKER_04Later, later, yeah. I went on at like 11 at midnight, I think.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. All the DJs were great. It was, I mean, it was a really good party. Um, we so MJ and Vic, who is a couple that they go to cigarettes a lot. We've we I've done some girl girl content with her. I don't think me and her like because there was a lot of girls, like me and her never like fucked or did anything. I mean, we've kissed and stuff. We've been trying to connect with them.
SPEAKER_04Me and her have made out countless times.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. It just never works out.
SPEAKER_04We have been on the verge of fucking, I don't know how many times over the last it's probably been years at this point.
SPEAKER_00You I feel like usually like when they're ready to fuck, we're dead. You know, like it's the end of the night.
SPEAKER_04Or we have to go do something, like oh, I gotta go DJ, or oh, we gotta go do this.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's never been intentional, actually, quite the opposite. It's like one of those situations where we're just gonna have to like push through and make this happen. So we were vibing with them, and then there's another couple that we've played with. He's a guy that comes a whole lot.
SPEAKER_04Yes.
SPEAKER_00He's Cummer McGee.
SPEAKER_04Yes.
SPEAKER_00Um we which we hadn't played with him in a while.
SPEAKER_04Been a while.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, probably since like splash last year, which is probably a year ago. Um we were all like dancing on the dance floor and like bumping and grinding and stuff, and like at some point it was like, when are we gonna fuck? And you were like, Well, I have to turn the music off in one hour.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, because it was close to one o'clock. Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_00Or yeah, you had to do something with the music at one. So we were like, Well, we have one hour. And the one, not not Inja, but the other wife was like, Well, if it's just the six of us, we can go to our room, like right now. And you were like, Well, maybe we should wait until after.
SPEAKER_04And I was like, So this is right after I came down DJing then. Yeah, because you you're yeah, this was the midnight to one o'clock hour.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. And you were like, Well, we could just wait till two. And I knew that if we waited till two, it wouldn't have happened. It was like, do it now or it's not gonna happen. And um, I was like, We go now. We go now. And you were like, Really? And I was like, now. So, like, literally, we were like, Okay, we're gone. So, like everybody was like texting the room number, you know. We like ran to our room.
SPEAKER_04Or maybe it was between one and two, because I do think I got down and danced for a while. So I think it was maybe, and I then I had to switch to DJs at one. So I think we were sh and I had to turn the music off at two. So I think we were in that between one and two window, yeah.
SPEAKER_00So we okay, so basically we ran, showered, grabbed condoms, did all the things we needed to do, and immediately went to the room. By the time we had like 40 minutes, we had one hell of a time in that 40 minutes.
SPEAKER_04Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00That was a hot little orgy.
SPEAKER_04It was you know, something to be said for that. You know, we usually try to like not schedule our playtime, but we're usually like, oh, okay, at midnight at one, we're gonna go. Uh, you know, there's it's been a while since we've just been a long time since it's been like make out on the dance floor, get hot and passionate, and then go fuck.
SPEAKER_00It was hot. Yeah, it was very hot. Um, it was I got picked up, I got fucked in the air, I squirted all over the bed. Uh V Vic had a big old dick, which I didn't know that. I had never seen his dick before. Um MJ was loving your what you were laying down. Um, it was a lot of fun. Yeah, it was like we made like two rounds.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Like even in 40 minutes, like I fucked both guys like twice. It was it was hot. It was a great time.
SPEAKER_04It was a very um good experience. And I feel like it's been a while since I don't, you know, I don't know. I feel like it's maybe been a while since we've had like a a hot, good, you know experience like that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. I'm honestly very glad that we did it because there wasn't a whole lot of opportunities for the rest of the weekend. So don't get there's more sex coming, but there wasn't a whole lot more. So I'm glad that we we knocked that out.
SPEAKER_03I I agree.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, so we went back I I guess you went and turned the music off, but then we ended up in Daddy Mike in Daphne's room.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, and I don't any idea what time? Because I don't think I turned the music off till like three because it was supposed to stop at two, and then um one of the DJs uh that was local, actually he's a gay man, uh, was like, hey.
SPEAKER_02Which I love.
SPEAKER_04I love too, yeah. He was amazing, and he was amazing. Uh uh, he was like, Hey, you know, he didn't he had he had DJ'd out um by the pool that day, so he didn't get to DJ in the club. So he'd come up to me towards the end of the night and he's like, Hey, are you guys turning like is it a hard stop at two or will you guys keep going if there's a vibe in here? I'm like, we always keep going if there's a if there's a vibe in here. And he's like, Well, can I can I DJ in here? And I was like, Yeah, yeah, bro, let's do it. So he got up at two and and kept it going. I think he kept it going until about three o'clock.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, so I just we of course recorded a video because with Daphne and Mike, because it was just the four of us, and it was 208.
SPEAKER_04208. Oh, so we must have done it between. Must have gone back and checked on them.
SPEAKER_00Must have.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um, so anyway, so Dan didn't come, and Mike had just like came in her.
SPEAKER_04And Mike, uh so we get we switched the music at two. I I I probably I put that DJ on, and then for some reason we came back to the room. I guess maybe I came back to check on you or something. So you were in Daphne and Mike's room when I came back from uh switching out the DJs, and that's when so you did you see them fuck or no?
SPEAKER_00No.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_00I feel I I feel like I've lost some time there.
SPEAKER_04I don't you don't know where you were in full disclosure.
SPEAKER_00I did take shivers, guns. Shout out to which I don't uh just so you know, I get tested for THC for some of my medicine. So I have to be careful. Um, but I had enough time in between, so I was like, well, fuck it. I hadn't done it in a while. And honestly, I had the best, I had an amazing time.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you were fucked. So you were turned up. I was turned up.
SPEAKER_00So if you're wondering if shivers works, there you go. Which is uh you can go to thesewing nation.info. Um, they have men and women's. Um so yeah, so so yeah, so we went back in there. Somehow you ended up fucking Daphne.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, she had just got fucked, and I think she's she, you know, she was of course being like, Oh, you had to go fuck them, and you didn't know what's going on. Yeah, they were giving and I was like, Come here, girl. I've I ain't done yet.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So you fucked her, and then like you pulled your condom off and like jerked off all over her. And like she was like in the video, she's like rubbing it, which pretty sure we're gonna release that on Friday. I'm a little fucked up in the video, I'm not gonna lie, but I mean, I'll be honest with you. Um uh, but it was also like two o'clock in the morning, yeah. Um, but it it was very hot. I didn't, me and Daddy Mike didn't do anything at that point.
SPEAKER_04Well, he had already came in here. He had already came in her, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So once we were done with that, I went to the room and I guess you went to like finish up finish up. Well, while you're finishing up, I'm texting you come fuck me in the ass, Daddy. Come fuck me.
SPEAKER_04So I guess you got turned up by watching me fuck.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_00But by the time you got back in there, I was out. Cold. All I remember is you waking me up and I'm like, you asked for it. Give it to me. And of course I was like, hell yeah. We ended up having anal sex. Did you come in my ass?
SPEAKER_04I think I did come in your ass, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So uh because you were giving me some shit like leading up to this. Uh you were like, at lacey was like turned up for a few weeks wanting to sex and now she don't.
SPEAKER_04Well Well, that's true. So you, you know, these this pellet experience that we've been on with your testosterone, there you know, if you remember back, I guess it was Bliss Crew's time, you were wanting to have anal sex like every freaking day, sometimes two or three times a day. Well, then it kind of like wore off.
SPEAKER_00Well, no, I don't think it wore off. The only thing we really did between then and and this was Houston, and Houston was pretty like pretty tame tame. I I don't think I typically will want anal sex like on a random Tuesday night.
SPEAKER_04I gotta kind of have to be turned up a little, you know, like Yeah, there was a couple week or two there where you were wanting it in the middle of the day on a Tuesday.
SPEAKER_00Yes, but I do think that like you're also reading all those sex books then, though. Yeah, I'm still reading them. But like I do think that like having like one alcoholic beverage where I'm a little bit more like relaxing my body is a big key to that. And so, you know, having like the shivers or having something that you know, not where I'm not completely trash, but like I'm relaxed and loose, is that you know, I definitely think that helps. Yeah, and so and because we don't really like drink or do anything at home, you know, and a lot of times we just like fuck before we go to bed or something, or fuck when we wake up. It's not like we're like throwing down in the bedroom, yeah, like on a Tuesday night, you know. So I think I really think that's what it was, more so than anything.
SPEAKER_04But anyway, that's how we ended our Friday night. It was um so there were three rounds of sex Friday night. Yeah. Uh okay. Well, I think now's the perfect time to take a little break and hear from the partners and sponsors of the Swing Nation podcast. And then when we get back, we'll tell you all about Saturday. Yeah, we'll be right back, guys. Lacey, one thing I don't leave home without when going to a swinger event is my ED medication.
SPEAKER_00That is correct.
SPEAKER_04Performance anxiety is 100% a real thing. Um, having sex in an orgy room with um a hundred people in there is way different than having sex at home in your bedroom.
SPEAKER_00It is.
SPEAKER_04Um, so I like to have what we call a little insurance policy and have some of that ED medication in my pocket. Um, shameless care is who I use for that. And they actually just came out with a new product called the Shameless Duo. Yeah. Which can is a combination medicine that has Viagra and Cialis in it, so that one, you can be ready whenever, but also it's got that dose that you can take when you're, you know, as you're getting ready to go to the playroom and you need that to kick in. Yeah. So I love it. I mean, I used it at HEDO for the first time, and that that combination.
SPEAKER_00You seem to pretty much switch to that, haven't you?
SPEAKER_04That's basically what I use all the time now. Yeah. So if you're looking for ED medication, if you're new to the lifestyle uh and you're going to an event, you might want to get some and have it just handy in case you need it, kind of thing.
SPEAKER_00And the really cool thing about shameless care is they don't set you up on a recurring plan. So you're not going to get all of this ED medication that you have in your nightstand built up. When it's time that you need more, you'll get an email from them and they'll ask you, hey, are you ready for another round? And you can respond back. Yes, please refill it, or no, I'm good right now. Thank you. So it's really cool because you don't end up with all these extra pills and spend a bunch of money that you're not, you know, you don't need to spend.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. And my favorite part is you don't actually have to go into an office and talk to your family doctor or a military doctor. Um, you can do it all right online from the privacy of your home. Uh you just go to their website, you fill out some forms, the doctor reviews it, approves you, disapproves you, and you move on from there. So if you would like to get some medication, you can go to thingnation.info, click on the little recommended apps and products, uh, scroll down to the shameless care icon, click on that, and that's going to take you over there. Uh, there's some discount codes there for you, so you can get a discount off your first order. But uh, I highly recommend if you're going to some events or parties, go get you some lifestyle insurance. Yeah. All right, guys, check it out.
SPEAKER_00Dan, if someone is just recently joining the lifestyle and they don't really know where to begin, what do you recommend?
SPEAKER_04Well, the lifestyle, you know, it's 2025. And people are on the internet. They are and there just so happens to be lifestyle websites that are dedicated to people connecting in the lifestyle. Yes. SDC happens to be one of our favorites. Over three million users. You can find people in your area, you can find clubs, you can find parties. All of it is right on SDC. Um, and you can get a huge discount by signing up with us.
SPEAKER_00You can.
SPEAKER_04So all you got to do is if you're looking for lifestyle people in your area, if you're looking for the clubs, if you're looking for the parties, go to theswing nation.info, recommended apps and products, scroll down to the SDC icon. We'll give you a free trial. Yeah. You can check them out. You can see who's in your area, you can see if it's uh if it's the app for you, uh, all completely risk-free. Yes. So just head on over to theswing nation.info and get signed up for SDC today. All right, welcome back, welcome back. Thank you for listening to our sponsors. Lacey loves our sponsors. I do, especially shivers gummies. I know. Go get your shivers gummies and have your anal adventure today.
SPEAKER_00I haven't taken shivers in probably six months. Probably more than that. I started ADHD medicine in November. And so, yeah, so that's probably more than six months. So yeah, 39.
SPEAKER_04So go go check out Shivers Gummies. Okay, so when we left you, we just finished up our three rounds of sex on Friday, and now we wake up to Saturday. So Saturday is the main event. All right. The the rain has cleared, it is beautiful, it is hot, it is sunny. Uh, and we have another full lineup of DJs, pool side, on the main stage. Um, really high energy, really good vibes on Saturday.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah, Saturday was great. I hate that I didn't get a lot of time in the pool. Uh, because like it was almost too hot out there if you were just like standing around. You know, like you almost had to be in the water for it to be like tolerable. And because like I was running around, I I didn't spend a lot of time. And obviously, you were working.
SPEAKER_04I never got in the pool, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no. Um, but we but I did same really same as Saturday. I was kind of bebopping around. I did spend some time at the pool. Daphne woke up and had a migraine, her ankle was swollen, so she didn't even come out until like two.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Um, so I was kind of, you know, in and out, checking on her, giving her food, getting her med helping find medicine for her and all that. So um yeah, so and I think at one point I was out there and it was it was really hot. So I ended up just like sitting in my room for an hour because I was just hot. And honestly, I was exhausted because I didn't I hadn't slept much either night, you know, because we were going to bed so late and then having to get up pretty early. So I was struggling to stay up.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00You were just handling DJs. At one point, I went out there and some guy he was local, was a DJ, and he had a guitar, which I thought was cool.
SPEAKER_04His name is I think it was Aura Child, I think it's A-U-R-A-CHILD. Uh I thought something like that was his name. And yeah, he was um actually DJing on Apleton, which is like he's basically live mixing the set, and he was playing like electric guitar in the middle, middle of it and stuff. It was pretty cool. They were very nice, and him and his girl girlfriend wife I think wife, I don't know if his wife or his girlfriend, but they were on stage together and she was dancing and he was playing guitar while while DJing. It was cool, cool vibes. And I love that, and that's very musical music, music festival E, right? Yeah, not just DJs. There's this, you know, DJs mixed with live music, mixed with so I I like that. And I, you know, I was talking to Juan Deepa about this a little bit. He's like, well, maybe I'll get a band to come out one of these times, you know, like and I think that's a cool, it's a cool idea, especially since you know, we're changing the energy. The DJs change every hour, right? And it's everything from you know, uh Sophie and her girl bop to dubstep to now, you know, rock and roll guitar, uh, DJing. So yeah, it was it was pretty cool.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So we had a food truck, which I think we we wanted more, but we ended up with one, which yeah, it's harder to find a food truck than you would think.
SPEAKER_04Uh, but uh we had a food truck. We wanted like two or three out there, which I think would have been cool.
SPEAKER_00I wanted a lemonade stand so we could put vodka in it. Yeah, that's just me. Like obviously they would have.
SPEAKER_04I wanted the dick, I wanted the dick waffles.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So, you know, like going forward, that's something that we'll definitely work on. Um, so people you you haven't read the reviews.
SPEAKER_04Uh-huh. No, I have not.
SPEAKER_00Um, but there was some request for games, which is a highly talked about. You opted to not do games because this is not a traditional swinger party. Um well, a few things.
SPEAKER_04So one, yes, you're right. It's not a traditional swinger party. And so the games that we do at like Swinger Society, most of them are very like sexual in nature. And and the idea of this is a music festival, the the music is the thing. And especially when you bring all these DJs in and they only have a one-hour set, if you were to play a game in the middle of it, or in the middle of it, you would almost like take over their set. So that's that's not the point of this. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So I I just wanted to bring that up because I want people to realize that as we are doing this, like literally every every idea, we say, okay, so like for instance, themes. Okay, so what are their themes? Okay, well, swingers have traditional themes. This is not a swinger party. It's lifestyle adjacent, so let's do something different.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_00So where festivals have no themes, we're we're this is a hybrid. It's a hybrid. So same with like the the games and the music. A lot of people wanted more like meet and greets and stuff like that. Like I I just I I bringing that up so I want people to kind of understand our logic, not to like defend or explain, but more like so you can understand where our mind is and how this is a different concept. And we don't want it to be a secret, we don't want it to be a traditional swinger party. If you want that, we love that. Go to secret.
SPEAKER_04Go to Splash, go to Secrets, come to a swinger side event, uh, go to Naughty New Orleans, go on Bliss Cruise. There's tons of those options out there. Uh, and we would love to have you at any of those events uh with us, and you can experience all of those things. But this is a this is a catered to be a different experience. Yes. Uh and so, like like you're saying, instead of meet and greets, we do candy making, right? Which is a great way to meet people. Like bracelets. But the the so candy is the bracelets where they put all the you can put your name and put all these little things on it. So we we have a time every Electric Pleasures Festival where we have a candy making station.
SPEAKER_00Which this so we are learning this time, it was indoors, and I think I think a lot of people were like watching the. I think maybe if had we have moved it out by the pool and people could just do it, you know, um, while they were, you know, listening to the music. I think, but then I don't know. So I hear you, but again, it's it's it's just a different right. We want I want you to expand your mind.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_00So so anyway, so I mean that's pretty much well then another so last thing on that.
SPEAKER_04So then instead of like classes, like at a typical swinger event, you would have like a consent class or like a swinging 101 class or speed dating. So instead of that, we did like I think on this one they did like uh topless stretching on Saturday morning. Yeah, you know, like almost like a yoga class. Uh and then they did a dance routine.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like a floor, like a floor routine. So you could like put on a show for your man or your girl or or your men and women, you know, like so we were trying to like do things, and it and the men can come, like it men can do it, men can watch, you know, like women can watch, women, you know, so it's just like an opportunity. And honestly, I didn't get up early enough to do it this time, but I did it in March, and honestly, it was a really nice way to meet people without all the loud music. It wasn't a good opportunity to like talk to people.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, this one wasn't as busy as it was at March, but I think it's because the pool, right? So the pool, like if your choices are go to a stretching class up in the club or go out to the pool. I think a lot of people chose to go out to the pool instead, uh, which I totally get. And so maybe there is some room to be like, well, maybe we should do the stretching in front of the by the pool or near the pool. So, you know, we're we're working on all those kind of things.
SPEAKER_00Yes. So any suggestions you have, we would love to hear them. Uh so yeah, so that was pretty much the day uh portion uh for me anyway. Anything else you want to add to that?
SPEAKER_04Uh no, no, I think that was it for Saturday. Uh and then after that, we went from the pool straight into room crawl. Room crawl.
SPEAKER_00So uh you had to go, so you actually broke down during, which I feel terrible for you because you literally were like on your feet the moment you woke up until you you went to bed. But I I went and set up, so I wasn't technically we didn't host a room crawl, but Daphne did, and we kind of did it together. That's usually what we do. Yeah, it's hers. I can't win anything. It doesn't, you know, it doesn't matter. So she she can. So uh so yeah, so I helped her. I will say when we were picking our rooms looking on a map, it looked like we were very close to the pool, but in reality, we were kind of tuck in a corner. We had a lot of like us and other staff and like some of the DJs and stuff, and because of that, not a whole lot of people came down to our room crawl. I was having to flash my titties to get people to come around the corner, yeah.
SPEAKER_04You were around the corner, so most of the rooms were like in one hallway. Your our room was kind of tucked around the corner, so it did make it a little more difficult for people to find you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, but I think people did. I mean, I it seemed like people liked the room crawl. I I I we get mixed some mixed reviews on the room crawl. We can't make people participate. We can only incur we give away a free damn room. I don't know what else you can do, you know.
SPEAKER_04Um, but yeah, so I'm probably good participation in this one compared to ones I think. I like we did too.
SPEAKER_00I agree. Yeah, that's why sometimes I'll ho if you if you see me hosting an actual call, it's usually because we're short. Um so uh yeah, I felt like we had good people seem to like be enjoying themselves, so that was good. So yeah.
SPEAKER_04No, and this these hotels are better for, you know, Atlanta was a little tougher, I think, to do the room crawl, where this hotel was a little bit more suited for and had big suites and it had the, you know, uh we kind of try to we try to keep everybody consolidated when we do this so you're not bouncing around the entire hotel.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Um his alter ego is Chad, but he bitched about we didn't do room crawl cards. Again, we did where you just vote with a QR code, just so people don't have to like carry around paper and all that. And uh he bitched about it again.
SPEAKER_04Chad didn't like that?
SPEAKER_00No, and he he was quite drunk, and so he told me a lot.
SPEAKER_04Oh, he he came to your room and told you that's it. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_00Oh yeah during the room crawl. Oh yeah, he was pre-trashed.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so we've done in the past where we give out like secrets mostly, give out like the room crawl list in the like your swag bag. So here at Electric Pleasures, we don't do a swag bag. We give you we'll give you a little, it's like a little swag bag, and it has like some candy, a candy bracelet and some sprouts and stuff in it. So it's kind of again more um festival focused. And I will say I like that because we give out swag bags at secrets all the time, and usually most of them get left in the room and people just throw them away. Uh, this I saw everybody wearing their sprouts, everybody was wearing their their candy bracelets, so like at least they're using the things you're giving them, you know what I mean? Yeah. Uh so I like that better. Um, but yeah, we don't pass out the room crawl cards, we just kind of put them up around the hotel, which honestly that just seems like a better way.
SPEAKER_00Everybody has their phone.
SPEAKER_04You're saving paper. Yeah, take a picture of it if you need it and walk around with it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and then we instantly know we don't have to go like have everybody turn them in. We don't have to count them.
SPEAKER_03It's just you know better way.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Okay, so after the room crawl, you got done. We we all had dinner, which I think I'd uh had dinner a little bit earlier than you, but I felt so bad for you. You had one hour between the time you got done with what you were doing to you had to literally be on stage DM, DJ and yeah.
SPEAKER_04So I like you said, when the music showed at the pool, I instantly started to break down the main stage because the goal was I think it was supposed to rain that night. So I was trying to get as much of the main stage broken down and into my trailer for the night. So I didn't have to one worry about it getting wet, and to get a jump on breakdown on Sunday because it as you remember, it took us two days to put everything up, so it takes just as much time to take it down. So we were trying to kind of get a jump on breakdown on Saturday if we could. Yeah, so uh broke down most of the main stage on Saturday. That took me all the way up until about nine o'clock, where I then had to go get the starter DJ started, and then my set was at 10 o'clock. Yeah, so I think I worked up to like eight, you know, eight forty-five, went, got the the nine o'clock DJ going, which I think trying to remember who it was. I don't know. Oh, it was uh Sophie and Justin were combined for two hoes, one dick. Oh, that's cute. Which was cute. Yeah, they're a cute friend. Not a couple, but they're a cute, they're cute DJ friends, yeah. Uh and it it was so yeah, that was cool. So it got them started. Then I went and showered because I've been sweaty and gross by from breaking down the main stage, and then got my uh DJ jersey on and then went and DJ'd at 10 o'clock. Yeah, I will say I really enjoyed my Friday set. I thought that was good. I was struggling on Saturday. Were you even DJing? I was just was I was worn out. I think from you know, because you can think Saturday is now Thursday, you know, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. It's four days of go, go, go. And I think Thursday, especially Friday, I think Friday night I got like four hours of sleep. Yeah, you know what I mean? And so in Thursday wasn't much more than that, maybe five or six. So, you know, you I was running off like eight hours of sleep in two days, and then going, and and so I think yeah, I it's hard to do that. And I don't maybe maybe I need to think about that. Maybe I just need to do like a pool set on Saturday or something, yeah so that you know, because if I don't have the energy, I don't know if I never want to put myself mainstage, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_00Like so, yeah, give it to somebody else fresher that's not, yeah. No, I get that, yeah. Um, so while you were doing that, uh me and Daphne are getting ready. Uh so it was so Saturday night was rainbow glow.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_00Uh so we again had we fucked this up. We forgot to put glow lights out.
SPEAKER_04So the plan was on Saturday to put a bunch of black lights in the club.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04We had two tubs, like totes of black lights. Probably had like 15 black lights that we could have put up in the club. We just but as you remember, I'm breaking down the main stage and trying to get all that done. It kind of just it never dawned on me to go put up all the black lights. So that was something that got dropped.
SPEAKER_00So I didn't even notice it, to be honest with you. And some lady came up and she was very upset. Like she said something to me, she said something to Wanty, but like like almost like offended that we would have a glow party if we're getting a little bit more.
SPEAKER_02No glow lights.
SPEAKER_00You know, like there was some glow lights, there was some, so it was glowing some.
SPEAKER_04So the club had LED lights. Yeah, it just didn't have black lights. Yeah, there was black lights in the, you know, we had like a photo area where the 360 camera in the the photo backdrop was. So if you got your picture on Saturday night, you were glowing because there was a ton of black lights in that room. And honestly, that the club itself, where not many people took pictures anyway. But if you just wanted to be glowing while you were dancing, yeah, you were not. And it's because we forgot to put out the black light.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and like there was nothing we could do at that point, like it just was what it was. I mean, and honestly, of all those people, one person complained.
SPEAKER_04She was not happy. She was did it make the uh did she make did she write a review?
SPEAKER_00Yep. There was one review that said you had a glow party with no glow light. Fair enough.
SPEAKER_04She's correct, she's not wrong.
SPEAKER_00Fair enough.
SPEAKER_04Listen, but no, we had a plan. We just failed to execute that plan.
SPEAKER_00Then this is why we need our people there.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, exactly. Mandy would not have let me forget to put those glow lights out.
SPEAKER_00No, never. Um, which you you know, this is part of like people say, Oh, I when you go to parties, you're like, oh, I could do this better, I could throw a party. This is the shit you don't think about, you know? You just don't. Um so Daphne, I had matching outfits. We had like these bodysuits, and we had like the rave hair, and we had these light up rainbows that like glued. Those are cute. They glued to our body.
SPEAKER_04It's like a sticker you put on your face that somehow where did the battery go?
SPEAKER_00It was we had it clipped in our hair extensions.
SPEAKER_04Oh, wow. So it goes like behind your ear, and then is it like nude colored, so you can't see the like where's the string?
SPEAKER_00The string was like clear-ish. Oh, and it had a little baby white little battery pack on it, and then it came with a clip, so we just kind of like folded the string up and just clipped it in our hair. Uh, but they started to die by the end of the night. We kept having to like tell each other to turn each other on. So yeah. So I mean, honestly, I turn me on, baby. Saturday again for me was a lot of fun. Yes, I was also exhausted, not exhausted as you, but it was also a lot of fun. Uh we I had a great time.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, there's a video of me. I think I'm sitting on the couch and like uh Like Daphne's like bouncing in my lap and you're bouncing on like I could not like I got done from DJing and I sat down and I was like dancing in my seat. I was trying so tough.
SPEAKER_00I was giving you fireball and trying to like I knew me out of that seat. I knew we probably weren't gonna fuck because it had I thought I think I knew we were lucky to fuck the night before, so I didn't really think. And if anything, I thought maybe we'd fuck like Daphne and Mike.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Uh but so I was like trying to pull you like out of it, but it it it really didn't. It didn't happen. So I mean we danced and and had a great time. Um shout out to Allie and Fred.
SPEAKER_04Oh, the get the dancers, so the DJs were amazing, the dancers were amazing. Uh, we actually had, you know, so the music went till two, and then the party. Uh the club at two o'clock in the morning was I shit you not three quarters of the way through. And again, this isn't I'm not trying to brag or anything. You don't see that in the lifestyle, right? So it's clearly this is a different it's clearly this is a different type of party because it has it has an energy that I've never experienced in the lifestyle. And I think it is that that festival energy that people are here to dance and to party, and it's about the party, you know. Usually at midnight, a typical swing or hotel takeover, everybody goes to fuck and the dance floor clears, you know. Um at this party, the club was three-quarters of the way full at uh two o'clock in the morning, and I think we the music stayed on till three or three thirty, and there was a group in there dancing the entire time.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Um, some like just things. So we had go-go dancers, which they were great. Uh Ally and Frack did amazing. Max was probably like Max was is a DJ. Um, he opened with Bohemian Rhapsody, and it was just you walked out of the room because I think you had to go pee and stuff. I recorded it, but it was like, I don't have you watched the videos any. No, it's it's so good. Like all of the DJs were behind them, all the dancers. I don't know. It's like again, kind of like filthy frequency. It's hard for me to like put my finger on if it was just like almost like a magical moment. Yeah, I genuinely enjoyed it. Uh it was it was just a lot of it was a lot of fun.
SPEAKER_04Well, and that's you know, again, it's hard to put this into words, but you know, when you take, think about we had 10 or 11 DJs, and and they're not, I won't even call them DJs, they're artists, like these people are invested in their art. You know, speaking of filky, filthy frequency, he puts about 40, 50 hours of prep into every set that he does. Yeah, right. Like he rehearses it and rehearses it and rehearses it. I mean, they're these, you know, you don't think of a DJ as like a musician, but but these DJs are that, right? These are real DJs that are that are creating art and they're using that art to express themselves to you. And you you feel that it's different, it's different than uh what I have experienced at like swinger clubs in the past where there's a DJ sitting up in a booth for six, seven hours. Yeah, you can't create that energy in that amount of time, right? It comes to a point where you're just you're just playing songs, you're kind of shuffling through music, right? And you can do transitions and you can, but it's not the same as when you give somebody here's an hour and pour your heart into the next hour and and transfer that to the crowd, right? And that's what seems to be happening in these environments. And so, like what you're saying, you know, Max put that set together and there was energy there. There was there was palatable energy in that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Oh, it was not just him, but several of the DJs.
SPEAKER_00They all, I mean, they are they're all honestly Except for me because I was dead, but honestly, I was I'm not like a super music girly. I've never really claimed to be. I mean, I like songs, I know the words to it. And if you put a cool bass or beat to it, that that's all it really takes for me. I'm pretty easy. But like I, as a non-musical girly was very impressed, just from what I saw. Um, and I I love that we supported the local community as well as bringing in some amazing DJs. We also, you know, Bonnaroo was going on at the same time. And um, you know, when we were talking about putting the stage up, you know, there was some discussion of hiring like a professional production crew to come in and like do it. And because there was crews in the area for Bonaroo, we ended up getting one come over. Once we decided to not do the stage, he still came uh because he we wanted to maybe work with him in the future, you know. We just didn't know what we and he's from like Denver. So like what are the odds that he's in Tennessee on the same weekend?
SPEAKER_04Um and he's a you know, he he works production for the big EDM events, like Lacey said he was at Bonnaroo, uh, but he's also a really good DJ. And he, you know, he has songs that mainstream EDM DJs have are playing, right? That are playing out that you know, names I don't know all their names, but people that you would probably recognize and know. That's how good of a producer and a DJ he he is. And so uh again, the music ended at two and the party wasn't over. And uh Ju Deepa actually went up to him and he's like, Do you got your thumb drive on you? He's like, Yeah, bro. And he's like, You wanna you wanna you wanna spin a little bit? So he got up there, and god damn, can he DJ? Like it was really good. His name is Dolphin, D-A-L-F-I-N. If anybody's listening and they want to go look him up, uh you know, he's probably on SoundCloud and stuff like that, and he was crushing it.
SPEAKER_00Crushing, and honestly, like hearing like because I had a couple opportunities to talk to him, probably like more so than you, because you were running around like crazy. Like he was you know part of the room crawl and stuff. And like, I don't know if he knows much about I don't know what his lifestyle experience is, but like he was very impressed with our event, what we had created, you know, and like that made me proud that this guy who had just came from Bonneroo is like proud of our little swinger, non-swinger party, you know. And then like talking to some of the other DJs at the end of the night on Saturday, it was just like, I don't know, it's just I don't want to cry.
SPEAKER_04It's okay to cry. It's just what?
SPEAKER_00I don't know, it's just like a full circle moment, like we talked about with filthy frequency, you know, it's just you pour your heart and soul into something and then just see it executed, and then see it executed and people appreciative of the hard work that has gone into it is very rewarding. It's it's it's it's like almost like instant gratification, if that makes sense.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So, you know, Max VK, um, we had Uma come out to a party. Uh, he's from Denver, uh, the the Atlanta party. Now this this Dolphin guy, you know, we've had several, uh, even the DJs that came from the local Tennessee area uh and played um the sets, you know, none of those people are lifestyle people, none of those people are swingers, none of them are non-monogamous, none of them are even really what you'd probably consider alternative lifestyle, you know, maybe the one uh gay guy. But you know, for the most part, these are just quit calling him the gay guy.
SPEAKER_00He has a name.
SPEAKER_04I don't remember his name. I could look it up, but I don't have it.
SPEAKER_00That just sounds awful. The gay guy. But you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_04I'm saying you might consider him alternative lifestyle friendly, but for for the most of it, these are just regular DJs. They all love their fucking party. Like and it it shows you is what me and you have been saying all along. There is something special about this community. Yeah, and so when you get somebody like this dolphin guy, when you get some of these DJs and they get to experience it, and you can tell by their reactions that they're like, wow, like what is this? This is amazing. We love you guys. That that like you're saying, that that that full circle uh feels really good.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, I totally agree. Um so yeah, I mean, that's it. We we like literally we were tearing down around people Saturday Saturday night, uh, because uh our business partner had like crews there waiting to tear down, and but because the vibe was what it was, we don't turn off the music. We don't turn off the music. So we literally were like picking up trash and breaking down and and around people, which nobody gave two shits.
SPEAKER_04They were all invested in the music, yeah.
SPEAKER_00They did not care. Um, but yeah, so I mean that that was that was pretty much it.
SPEAKER_04Yep. Uh me and you went to bed at I don't know what time, four o'clock, four thirty, something like that. Uh, I think I was up and out and breaking down about 10 a.m. Uh somewhere around that. So another four or five hour sleep night. Uh and we worked till I think about five or six p.m. breaking down, packing up, and then heading home.
SPEAKER_00Pretty much by ourselves.
SPEAKER_04Uh we had I had some help. We had some help. We had some crew guys there that and it's a huge shout out.
SPEAKER_00You ended up sending them home.
SPEAKER_04Well, I felt bad, yeah. Yeah because you know they had to get back home and they had, I think most of them had to work the next day.
SPEAKER_00So I drove my car, so I didn't want to leave. I mean, because I wanted to go home, but the truth is I just couldn't leave you. You know, so I stayed and tried to help as much. But it did rain off and on on Sunday again.
SPEAKER_04So we had to kind of dodge the rain a little bit. Um, but yeah, we got it, we got it done. And honestly, to be out of there by 6 p.m. on Sunday with the amount of you know, the amount of work that went into that hotel and the amount of things that we changed, uh it's pretty good. And so huge shout out to all the electric uh pleasure staff that came out and helped us, all the volunteers. Uh, we had quite a few people like when we had to move couches from outdoors to indoors that would just just jumped in and helped, you know, and that's also that festival energy, right? That's the this is a community and you're part of the community, so get in and help when you can.
SPEAKER_00Well, I think the lifestyle is really good about that too. So I agree. You put both together. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And I, you know, I think, you know, I this is a maybe a silly, but people think there's a ton of money in this, and there's really not. Like you would be embarrassing how much you know, we basically work for free. Uh, and so the fact that members take ownership in the in the brand and in the community and and step in and help out, because truthfully, if if you had to pay every single person that to help on these events, you would you would be paying to throw the event, you know what I mean? And we're trying to keep the the budget low. We're trying to make it affordable to as many people as we can. So I, you know, I stand by those decisions, and you know, it's it's not about the money, it's really is about the community. Uh, and and so thank you to all everybody that came out and worked for not much money, and everybody that came out and volunteered. Um, we appreciate you guys. You really you really mean a lot to us. And and also to everybody that came out and and bought tickets and and and made the party possible. Uh uh and the energy they brought and and the the excitement they brought. Um it really this was the best electric pleasures event yet. And it it makes me excited um for the future ones because you can see it starting to starting to take hold, I think, the the idea of this.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. No, I totally agree. I couldn't have said it better. Um I'm just thank you for believing in us and our little dream, and we we appreciate all of you.
SPEAKER_04All right, and that wraps up Electric Pleasures Chattanooga. So if you don't know, we're going back in October. So this is not the last Electric Pleasures. We're gonna be back in October, and tickets for are on sale for that event right now. And you can go to swingersight.net and find those tickets, or you can go to electric-pleasures.com, either one of those locations. Get your tickets. They are going pretty fast.
SPEAKER_03They are.
SPEAKER_04You know, this electric pleasures thing, usually we launch a thing and it kind of is a little slow and it takes some time, but I think definitely not secrets, but it's starting to be that way. Starting to get to where I think all the uh all those poolside cabana rooms are already gone, and uh a lot of the first floor party floor rooms are gone. So if you want to experience electric pleasures for yourself, uh swingerside.net or electric-pleasures.com, go get your tickets. They're gonna sell out. Don't say I didn't warn you. Uh, and we'll see you in Chattanooga in October.
SPEAKER_00Yes.
SPEAKER_04Anything else for the Swing Nation listeners, Lacey?
SPEAKER_00Yes.
SPEAKER_04You have something else?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04I said anything else and you said yes.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I'm sorry. I'm texting and texting and podcasting. Sorry.
SPEAKER_04All right, guys. I think with that, in a world full of apples, be the pineapple. Be the pineapple, guys.
